Its platform, Dynamic 3i, runs supply chain, manufacturing, distribution and accounting for medium and large manufacturers and wholesalers - the systems its customers’ businesses run on every day. Relationships at SDC are measured in decades, not quarters.
Working with Beacon
SDC had served a leading Caribbean gas and utilities company for 40 years. After joining Beacon, a conversation with the customer’s CFO led to work on automating bank reconciliation. SDC led the customer relationship, while Beacon brought its applied AI team, technology and capital. Within 90 days of acquisition, SDC had sold a six-figure AI project across multiple Caribbean jurisdictions, on a multi-year subscription with pricing partly tied to outcomes. The team is now taking the same approach to other SDC customers.
